This policy applies to the Furniture Management Android, iOS and web applications operated by InventoryTrackHub.
Information we process
We process account details such as name, email address, username, role and organizational unit; inventory and facility-request records; transaction locations; comments; uploaded photos and documents; audit records; and device notification tokens. We also process limited technical information needed for security, diagnostics and reliable service operation.
How we use information
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce role-based permissions, maintain inventory and transaction history, route and complete assigned work, send operational notifications, generate reports, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and preserve an accountable audit trail.
Legal basis and business use
InventoryTrackHub processes information to provide the service requested by participating organizations and their authorized users, to meet legitimate operational and security needs, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations. The service does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure, email and push-notification providers acting on our behalf, including Firebase Cloud Messaging for device notifications. We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users and systems, or complete a business transition subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security and international processing
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes. Access is restricted by account role and operational need. Service providers may process limited information in countries other than the user's country under their applicable safeguards.
Retention
Account data is retained while an account is active and as needed to provide the service. After a verified deletion request, profile data is deleted or anonymized, normally within 30 days. Inventory, transaction and security audit records may be retained where required for legitimate business, legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
Your choices and rights
Authorized users may review or update profile information in the application. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Account deletion instructions are available at inventorytrackhub.com/account-deletion.
Children
The service is intended for authorized workplace users and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
