Authorized use
You may use the service only for legitimate inventory, facility and organizational work. You must keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information and follow the permissions assigned to your account.
Acceptable conduct
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or malicious content, misuse another user's account, or use information obtained through the service for an unrelated purpose.
Customer content
Participating organizations and users remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of inventory records, comments, photos and documents they submit. You grant InventoryTrackHub permission to process this content only as needed to operate and secure the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, replaced or discontinued when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the service or this website.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when an account is no longer authorized, these terms are violated, or action is needed to protect users, data or infrastructure.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. InventoryTrackHub is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user-entered data, unauthorized credential use, external service outages or events beyond reasonable control.
